Dennis Veeh, CPA, is partner in charge of the
agriculture department with emphasis in business consulting and
taxation of agricultural entities.
Dennis is administratively responsible for the personnel
functions in the firm. He
is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor
of Science degree in business administration, emphasis in
accounting. Dennis joined the firm in 1974, and received his CPA
certificate in 1976.
Dennis is on the Bulldog Foundation Board of Trustees and
served as past president. He also serves on the Board of Directors for San
Joaquin College of Law. |

Kyle Stephenson, CPA,
is the managing partner of Baker, Peterson & Franklin. He is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with
a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, emphasis in
accounting. Kyle joined
the firm in 1976, and received his CPA certificate in 1978.
He is a member of the Craig School of Business at CSUF Business
Advisory Committee. Kyle is the past president of both Valley Children’s
Hospital Board of Trustees and the CSUF Alumni Association Board of
Directors.

| Ed Hashim is
partner in charge of the tax department with emphasis in
income tax; estate, gift & trust taxation; automobile
dealerships; and manufacturing. He is a graduate of California State University, Bakersfield
with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration,
emphasis in accounting. Ed
received his CPA certificate in 1978, and his certificate in
advanced personal financial planning in 1985.
He joined Baker, Peterson & Franklin in 1980. |

Jon Chessum,
CPA, is a partner with specializations in Auditing &
Assurance and business consulting.
He is a graduate of California State University, Fresno
with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration,
emphasis in accounting. Jon
joined the firm in 1977, and received his CPA certificate in
1980.
Jon serves on
the Board of Directors for the Sid Craig School of Business,
Business Associates and the Central Valley Business Incubator.
He is a member of the Fig Garden Rotary Club.
He is the past president of the CSUF Alumni Association
and UCP of Central California.

Karen Morais is a
partner with emphasis in accounting and taxation of agricultural
entities. She is a
graduate of California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of
Science degree in agricultural business.
Karen joined the firm and received her CPA certificate in
1984.
Karen serves on the Ag One Foundation Board of Directors and is past
president, and is treasurer for the Fresno Art Museum Board of
Directors. She is also
the past president of the CSUF Bulldog Women’s Foundation.

Toni M. Porter

Toni Porter is a
partner with specialization in taxation of agricultural business,
estate & gift planning, and estate & trust taxation.
Toni joined the firm in 1978, and graduated from California
State University, Fresno in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree
in business administration, emphasis in accounting.
She received her CPA certificate in 1986 and a Masters of
Science degree in taxation from San Joaquin College of Law in 1992.
Toni has
served as director of the California State CPA Society State Board
and as president of the Fresno Chapter.
She is the secretary on the UCP of Central California Board
of Directors and is the VIP Event co-chair.
Toni is also a member of the Fresno Estate Planning Council
and serves on its Board of Directors.

Brandon E. Vance

Brandon Vance,
CPA, CFE, is a partner in the Accounting and Assurance
department. He has significant experience in auditing a variety
of industries including agriculture, manufacturing, dealerships
and government, and also heads the firm’s Fraud department.
Brandon is a graduate of California State University, Fresno
with an emphasis in accounting, and joined the firm in 1993.
He is a member of
the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and serves on the
Board of Directors of the Business Associates for the CSUF Craig
School of Business. Brandon is a member of North Fresno Rotary
and is a past board member.
Nancy S. Ervin

Nancy S. Ervin,
MBA, AVA provides consulting and valuation services,
particularly in the areas of agriculture and family business.
She is an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) and is co-chair on
the firm's consulting and litigation services department.
She is also a member of the agriculture department, having
worked in the livestock and dairy industries prior to joining
the firm in 1999.
Nancy graduated
summa cum laude from California State University, Stanislaus in
1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration, emphasis in marketing. She earned her
Masters in Business Administration from University of San Diego
in 1999 and awarded the AVA designation in 2005.
