& Franklin is a prominent,
locally owned CPA firm, located in the Palm Bluffs area of North
Fresno, California. Our service areas are tax, accounting and
assurance, estate planning, business consulting and litigation
support. Our client base is concentrated in agriculture, food
processing, auto-dealerships, and family-owned businesses.
