Dennis
M. Veeh, CPA, is partner in charge
of the agriculture department. Dennis grew up on citrus
ranches both in Southern California and the San Joaquin Valley.
He joined Baker, Peterson & Franklin in 1974 and has had a
significant influence on the firm’s commitment to agriculture.
“Having grown up with a farming background, I enjoy working with the
people in the industry, helping solve their problems.”

Building on his personal experiences, Dennis specializes in business consulting and
taxation
of agriculture
entities, particularly field
and row crops, permanent trees
and vines, and overall farm and
ranch management.
Over the past 28 years, he has guided clients through a
variety of tough situations including ag
loan restructuring, the purchase or
sale of farms, even representing clients during examinations by tax authorities.

Dennis
is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of
Science degree in business administration, emphasis in accounting.
He is a recognized leader in the community, serving as past
president of the Board of Trustees for the Bulldog Foundation as well as
an active member of Ag Lenders Society.
