Dennis M. Veeh, CPA, is partner in charge of the agriculture department.  Dennis grew up on citrus ranches both in Southern California and the San Joaquin Valley.  He joined Baker, Peterson & Franklin in 1974 and has had a significant influence on the firm’s commitment to agriculture.

“Having grown up with a farming background, I enjoy working with the people in the industry, helping solve their problems.”

Building on his personal experiences, Dennis specializes in business consulting and taxation of agriculture entities, particularly field and row crops, permanent trees and vines, and overall farm and ranch management.

Over the past 28 years, he has guided clients through a variety of tough situations including ag loan restructuring, the purchase or sale of farms, even representing clients during examinations by tax authorities.

Dennis is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, emphasis in accounting.  He is a recognized leader in the community, serving as past president of the Board of Trustees for the Bulldog Foundation as well as an active member of Ag Lenders Society.
